Switch from one InfluxDB Cloud account to another and set a default account.

Change your password

To update your InfluxDB Cloud password, click the Forgot Password link on the InfluxDB Cloud login page. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, and must not contain common words, personal information, or previous passwords.

Cancel your InfluxDB Cloud Serverless subscription

Cancel your InfluxDB Cloud account at any time by stopping all read and write requests, backing up data, and contacting InfluxData Support.
