`bitwise.ulshift()` shifts the bits in `a` left by `b` bits.
Both `a` and `b` are unsigned integers.

#### Deprecated

Experimental `bitwise.ulshift` is deprecated in favor of[`bitwise.ulshift`](/flux/v0/stdlib/bitwise/ulshift/).

## Parameters

### a

(Required)
Left hand operand.

### b

(Required)
Number of bits to shift.
