influxd-ctl ldap set-config

The influxd-ctl ldap set-config command uploads the specified LDAP configuration to your InfluxDB Enterprise cluster.

Usage

influxd-ctl ldap set-config <ldap-config-toml>

Arguments

  • ldap-config-toml: LDAP configuration filepath or use - to read from stdin.

Flags

See influxd-ctl global flags.

Apply an LDAP configuration from a file

influxd-ctl ldap set-config /path/to/ldap-config.toml

Apply an LDAP configuration from stdin

cat ./ldap-config.toml | influxd-ctl ldap set-config -

If using Docker to install and run InfluxDB, the latest tag will point to InfluxDB 3 Core. To avoid unexpected upgrades, use specific version tags in your Docker deployments. For example, if using Docker to run InfluxDB v2, replace the latest version tag with a specific version tag in your Docker pull command–for example:

docker pull influxdb:2
